Focus and Scope
JHIES: Journal of Islamic Law and Sharia Economics is a scholarly journal publishing research articles, theoretical studies, and critical analyses in the fields of Islamic law and Islamic (sharia) economics. The journal aims to serve as an academic space that fosters the development of scholarship grounded in sharia values, while acting as a bridge between normative, empirical, and applied studies relevant to the dynamics of contemporary society.
