JHIES: Journal of Islamic Law and Sharia Economics adopts an open access policy under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license. Under this license, published articles may be read, shared, copied, and reused by anyone for any purpose, provided that appropriate attribution is given and the same license is retained on any derivative works. This policy applies to all articles published by JHIES, including previously published volumes and issues.

1.Copyright Ownership and Licensing

Copyright of the article remains with the author. The author grants JHIES, as the publisher, a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and manage the article in various forms and formats, both in print and digital.

2.Author's Right to Disseminate

Authors are permitted to disseminate their published articles through direct links, DOIs, institutional repositories, social media, or other platforms, without requiring written permission from the publisher.

3.Author's Right to Reuse

Authors may reuse their articles for teaching, research, academic presentations, or other personal purposes, provided that they acknowledge the article was first published in JHIES.

4.Reuse by Third Parties

Any reuse by third parties must include appropriate attribution to the author and the journal, and must preserve the ShareAlike license as stipulated by CC BY-SA 4.0.

5.Responsibility for Third-Party Material

Authors are fully responsible for any third-party material (images, tables, data, or quotations) used in their articles, including ensuring that permission has been obtained from the relevant copyright holders. JHIES is not liable for any copyright disputes arising from such material.
