JHIES: Journal of Islamic Law and Sharia Economics adopts a fully open access policy, whereby all published articles can be accessed and downloaded free of charge by anyone, with no subscription fees or payment required.

1.No Article Processing Charge (APC)

This journal does not charge authors any Article Processing Charges (APC), allowing the publication process to proceed without financial barriers.

2.No Submission or Review Fees

This journal also does not collect any fees at the manuscript submission stage or during the peer review process, either before or after the editorial decision is made.

3.Funding Source

All operational costs of publishing, including system management, editing, and production, are borne by the publisher as part of its commitment to supporting the inclusive, equitable, and widely accessible dissemination of knowledge to both the academic community and the general public.
