Open Access Policy

JHIES: Jurnal Hukum Islam dan Ekonomi Syariah adopts a full open access policy under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International license (CC BY‑SA 4.0).

All articles are made freely available to readers and authors without any Article Processing Charges (APC). Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text of these articles without prior permission from the publisher or author, provided proper attribution is given, in line with the Budapest Open Access Initiative and the Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing.

Copyright is retained by JHIES as the publisher, while authors still hold the right to share their work via DOI, institutional repositories, or personal webpages.

Users and institutions may harvest or reuse the content (metadata, full texts) using automated tools or indexing services.

Whenever datasets and supplementary materials are referenced, authors are encouraged to deposit them in an open and citable repository to enhance reproducibility of research.
