Open Access Policy

MAPAN: Journal of Educational Management and Analysis applies a full open access policy under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0) license, so that every article is available to readers and authors alike, without Article Processing Charges (APC) of any kind.

This license allows anyone to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full text of an article without seeking prior permission from the publisher or author, and to adapt or build upon it for any purpose, including commercial use, provided that proper attribution is given and the resulting work is shared under the same CC BY-SA 4.0 terms.

This approach reflects the principles set out in the Budapest Open Access Initiative and the Bethesda Statement on Open Access Publishing, both of which call for removing unnecessary barriers between research and its readers.

Authors retain copyright over their own work. In publishing with MAPAN, an author grants the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and index the article, while remaining free to share it independently through a DOI, an institutional repository, or a personal website.

Readers, libraries, and indexing services may harvest article metadata and full text through automated tools. Authors referencing datasets or supplementary materials are encouraged to deposit them in an open, citable repository, so that the underlying research remains reproducible.
